  • Responsible for preparing & organizing documents for real property tax fillings, including tax declarations, receipts & other required paperwork.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Responsible to check qualifying accounts for Real Property Tax (RPT) and transmit to the Records and Accounting Department, prepare lists for assessment including attachments, handle requests for payments and endorse accounts for payment processing to the liaison officer, encode RPT receipts in the masterlist and prepare receipts for liquidation.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and must be computer literate.
  • Assist employees requesting for E-Copy of RPT and make accomplishment report submitted to the management

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related field
  • Atleast one (1) year of Permits and Licensing experience.
  • Detail Oriented and Knowledgeable in MS Office
