The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Assistant Operations Manager to join our growing team in Manila. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love organizing operations, and enjoy delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our client operations, overseeing day-to-day activities, pantry services, and events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work alongside a talented operations team and have the chance to grow your leadership and management skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee all client sites to ensure smooth Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
- Manage pantry services: monitor supplies, coordinate staff, and maintain service quality.
- Support event operations: plan, coordinate, and execute food service during client events.
- Supervise onsite teams, assign tasks, and ensure staff performance meets standards.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and resource allocation across sites.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve issues and improve operations.
- Prepare reports on operations, site performance, and incidents for management.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 or more years of experience in operations management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and operations simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and client-facing experience.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience managing pantry operations or catering/events.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and resource planning.
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
