WE ARE LOOKING FOR ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assess and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
  • Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve targets
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and strengthen client loyalty
  • Generate new leads through phone calls, emails, in-person visits, and social media outreach
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records and account information
  • Support onboarding and ongoing management of new and existing client accounts
  • Utilize CRM tools or internal databases to monitor sales activity and track client engagement
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BSBA in Marketing Management or other business related course
  • With experience in customer service, marketing, or account management
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
