Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accounting Specialist (CPA) and/ or Senior Finance Analyst (Non-CPA). This role is based in Makati but allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The roles will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and using accounting software. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analysis and providing support to the finance team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and managing Journal Entries (Accounting), Reconciliations, Tax and Accounting related experience.
  • Experience with Accounting Software (ERP Systems)
  • Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Ability to work and train in teams; can work and guide juniors (leadership)
  • Experience in audit, tax, or business consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is needed but Finance and other related programs are also eligible to apply
