About the role:

As our Virtual Receptionist, you'll be the backbone of our campaigns, keeping things running smoothly and providing exceptional support.

YOUR DAILY TASKS

  • Answer phone calls politely and professionally
  • Help clients with basic questions or requests, such as checking ticket updates or resetting passwords
  • Monitoring service ticket progress and escalating tickets as required
  • Make sure communication with clients and vendors is smooth and positive
  • Welcome and support visitors (virtually) and direct their inquiries to the right team
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and help coordinate meetings
  • Organize emails and help keep daily office tasks on track
  • Keep records, contact lists, and files updated and organized
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

What You'll Bring (Experience)

  • Has at least 2–3 years of experience in the same or a related position
  • Can handle basic support tasks (e.g., password resets)
  • General skill in the use of MS Office and other standard software applications required for the role
  • Amenable to work full on-site in Cebu City (shifting schedule)
  • Amenable to start ASAP

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivity when dealing with others
  • Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone; speaks clearly and explains things simply
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing time
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
