Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mandaue for a Virtual Receptionist. The Virtual Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls with professionalism, performing receptionist duties, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical tasks and ensuring timely communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills to manage office-related tasks
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are advantageous
