Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the preparation and filing of tax returns for businesses in Ecommerce, Logistics, Real Estate, and Holdings (VAT, income tax, withholding tax, real property taxes, etc.).
  • Ensure all tax submissions are accurate and on time to avoid penalties.
  • Lead tax audits and respond to BIR inquiries.
  • Identify potential tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring proper documentation and reporting to support our tax positions.
  • Continuously work to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax processes across all business areas.
  • Be the point of contact for any tax-related inquiries from internal teams or senior management.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of tax compliance and tax process experience in companies with exposure to Ecommerce, Logistics, Real Estate, and Holdings companies
  • Proven ability to handle tax filings, audits, and provide sound tax advice.
  • Strong understanding of local and national tax laws, with a focus on VAT, income tax, customs duties, and withholding tax.
  • Experience managing tax responsibilities in companies with complex financial structures.
