Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing tax returns (corporate, income, VAT/GST) and other necessary tax compliance documents.
  • Research and monitor changes in tax laws, rules, and regulations; assess their impact on clients and the company.
  • Support tax planning activities, audit engagements, and responding to tax authority inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal accounting/finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of tax accounts.
  • Maintain tax documentation and schedules; assist in internal reporting and preparing management insights.
  • Help improve tax compliance processes and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in tax compliance, audit, or advisory work. Fresh graduates with internships in tax are also welcome.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and regulations; experience with local tax filings a plus.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software tools.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team; able to meet deadlines.
