Position Summary

The Junior Content Manager will support the Marketing team in executing the brand's overall content strategy. This role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day creation, scheduling, and community management of social media content, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement with the auro cafe audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Curation

  • Social Media Content: Produce engaging, high-quality, and on-brand content (photos, short-form video scripts, graphics concepts, captions) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and [any other relevant platforms].
  • Copywriting: Write clear, compelling, and consistent copy for social media posts, website announcements, email newsletters, and in-store promotional materials (e.g., menu inserts, signage).
  • Media Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (baristas, chefs) and external freelancers (photographers, designers) to source and create necessary visual assets.
  • Content Calendar: Assist in developing and maintaining the weekly/monthly editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all channels.

2. Channel Management & Community Engagement

  • Scheduling & Publishing: Utilize content management and scheduling tools ([e.g., Later, Sprout Social]) to publish all planned content.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and direct messages in the brand's voice, and identify opportunities for proactive engagement.
  • Repurposing: Curate and re-share user-generated content (UGC) to foster a strong community feel and drive organic reach.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and report on key content metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, website traffic from social) using analytics tools.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media features to recommend content optimizations and new formats.
