As a Content Assistant Manager at Vision Express, your primary purpose is to elevate our Digital Marketing endeavors by taking ownership of specific initiatives and contributing to the success of overarching strategies. Reporting directly to the eCommerce Sr. Manager, your role involves executing and optimizing digital campaigns, crafting engaging content, and playing a key part in social media strategy. Your expertise in digital advertising and analytics will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making, ultimately enhancing our brand's online presence. Your dedication to excellence will contribute significantly to achieving and surpassing our digital marketing objectives at Vision Express.

QUALIFICATIONS:

●   Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, English, or a related field

●   3–5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing

●   Proven track record in managing content calendars, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

●   Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, social media, e-commerce, PR, etc.)

●   Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred (mentoring juniors, managing freelancers, or overseeing content projects)

●   Strong analytical and communication skills

●   Detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign Management:

  • Lead the execution of Digital Marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful campaign implementation.

  • Social Media Strategy & Community Management

  • Develop Social Media Marketing strategies.

  • Execute Social Media Plans, managing content calendars, and driving engagement.
  • Ideating content to be created under different content buckets.
  • Ability to plan, brief, and review multimedia content
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Team in managing comments and messages from Customer

  • Content Development:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant digital content.

  • Shooting short-form content in-store or out of office.
  • Editing content filmed into reels/posts
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and content optimization

  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data and contribute to the preparation of insightful reports.

  • Provide recommendations for optimization based on data-driven insights.

  • Digital Advertising:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns.

  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve optimal results.

  • Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Senior Manager and other stakeholders to implement digital strategies.
