About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Local Banking Account Representative to join our growing team at AUXILIA INC'. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our local banking clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide detailed information about our banking products and services
  • Assist customers with account-related transactions, such as balance inquiries, fund transfers, and payment processing
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in English and the local language, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications
