About the role

Auxilia Inc. is seeking a skilled RCBC Banking Account Representative to join our growing team. This full-time, remote (WFH) position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our banking clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls and providing professional, efficient and courteous service
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to RCBC banking accounts
  • Providing information on RCBC products and services, and assisting customers with transactions
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell RCBC offerings to customers
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using various computer applications and call centre technology
  • Thorough understanding of RCBC banking products and services
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding key performance indicators
