What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, standard functionality, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder)
• Passion for enabling Commercial teams through process optimization, reporting, and data stewardship
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset, driving projects from concept to delivery
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excitement to build, optimize, and continuously evolve Salesforce operations

Your Impact

• Serve as the primary point of contact and system owner for Salesforce
• Partner with the Commercial Team - Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success - to design and implement workflows, processes, and automations that improve efficiency and transparency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Data, and Legal teams
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership and the Commercial Team
• Configure and optimize Salesforce features including fields, page layouts, record types, and permission sets
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement third-party apps and integrations to extend platform functionality
• Lead user onboarding, training, and support to drive adoption and best practices across teams
• Assess business needs and ensure Salesforce evolves in alignment with company goals
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and governance practices
