Key Account Manager

Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
- Understand client needs and requirements to propose customized solutions and value.
- Act as an advocate for the client, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Work with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, warehouse) to ensure client needs are met and deadlines are fulfilled.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand business with existing clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, goals, and forecasts to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; .
- Proven experience in FMCG sales and sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry trends, distribution, and regulatory requirements.
