Key Account Manager

Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities in key
industries (e.g., e-commerce, retail, services, and B2B).
- Conduct outreach and prospecting to introduce Klaiya's digital marketing
services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Design,
Email Marketing, etc.).
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, marketing goals, and
budget.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Sales & Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct engaging presentations and propose customized digital marketing
solutions that align with client goals.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability while maintaining
client satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate
forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, SEO, and web) to ensure
smooth client onboarding and campaign delivery.
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets and
expand Klaiya's market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to
identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts,
and market insights.
- Provide feedback and insights to management to enhance service offerings and
client experience.
Client Retention & Growth
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent
communication and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital
marketing services.
- Foster long-term relationships and position Klaiya as a trusted advisor in
clients' digital transformation journeys.
Partner with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement in service
delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
