We are looking for a Sales Executive
Location: Makati (Hybrid/On-site)
Experience Level: 2–3 years
Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing business opportunities in the digital marketing and technology services space. This role requires a mix of consultative selling, product expertise, and strong relationship management skills to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Core Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
- Identify and target potential clients in key industries (BPOs, SMEs, construction, retail, etc.).
- Present and demonstrate ERP tool features and benefits, focusing on business impact and ROI.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and online lead generation.
- Prepare and deliver product proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to refine sales materials and client demos.
Sales Support and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on competitor products, HR tech trends, and market developments.
Success in the Role
A successful Sales Executive demonstrates strategic thinking, confidence in client interactions, and an understanding of digital marketing technologies. Those who excel combine relationship-building with the ability to translate tech-driven insights into client value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT and Sales, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or HR systems.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in HR, payroll, or ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
