The role

As a Corporate Sales Executive at AIA Philippines', you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our corporate clients. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and will see you strategically managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of corporate client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and consultative sales approach
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and initiatives
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the industry and AIA Philippines' product and service offerings
  • Exceed set sales targets and drive revenue growth for the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a corporate sales or account management role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives
  • Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to understanding client needs
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related field
