What you’ll focus on Monitor daily incoming inquiries from internal and external stakeholders covering the Locad Ticketing System Solve incoming inquiries within the Service Level Agreement in coordination with Locad Operations Executives and WH staff Follow the Locad guides to solve inquiries across various contact reasons Coordinate closely with Account Managers to manage brand/account escalations and inquiries Work hand-in-hand with the Central Operations teams to continuously improve guides and training to solve inquiries more efficiently What you bring Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems Knowledge in Problem problem-solving fundamentals using standard operational frameworks Excellent Time Management Good Exception Management Good understanding of Operational Processes What you’ll get You’ll become part of a diverse team that is globally distributed.
