  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently and professionally

  • Working closely with other teams to ensure timely solutions

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate including Senior High School (any discipline - we value potential and attitude). Career shifters are also welcome to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn
