We are looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team This is a fully remote position for a highly organized and detail oriented professional with strong QuickBooks Online skills.

What You'll Do

• Manage all bookkeeping functions (except issuing sales invoices)

• Record income, expenses, and reconcile bank/credit card accounts

• Prepare monthly financial reports (trial balance, GL detail, AP/AR aging)

• Send out AR statements and make collection calls

• Prepare monthly sales tax report for our accountants

• Maintain loan/lease schedules, fixed asset records, and COGS adjustments

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required)

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable making collection calls when needed

• Reliable, independent, and highly organized

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday; 8 PM to 5 AM (Manila Time)
