  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting overall financial operations. This role is critical to ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
  • Maintain and balance general ledgers and bank accounts
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and financial regulations
  • Manage payroll or assist with payroll processing as needed
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Organize financial documents for audits and tax filings

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software
  • High degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • [Optional] Certification such as AAT, Bookkeeping Certificate, or similar
  • Certificate in NC II

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
