Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, journals, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely billing and collection.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation and recording of transactions.
  • Manage petty cash fund and ensure proper liquidation and replenishment.
  • Assist in budget planning, expense forecasting, and cost monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Secure and organize physical and digital financial documents for easy retrieval and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant (preferably 3+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, payroll processing, and government remittances.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
