We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper is responsible for accurately tracking and managing the company's financial data. This includes recording daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining organized records to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for managing spreadsheets, creating reports, and ensuring accurate financial analysis and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input data, including purchase orders (POs) and invoices, into QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Inputting Data: Transfer data from paper documents, emails, and other sources into electronic formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Microsoft Excel : Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconciling Bills: Reconcile bills and invoices with accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.

Financial Reporting: Assist with generating financial reports, statements, and summaries as requested by management or clients.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.

Communication: Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries and issues.

Requirements:

  • College Graduate; basic accounting knowledge required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work in Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time
