Core Accountabilities

  • Operations Oversight: Manage daily Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Financial Performance: Control the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, managing costs to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to brand SOPs and all Philippine regulatory requirements (DOLE labor laws, DTI, BIR, and local sanitation/health codes).

Key Duties

  • People Management: Lead, mentor, schedule, and train the local team; manage staff engagement and address disciplinary issues while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee inventory management, minimize waste/shrinkage, and manage procurement/logistics with local suppliers to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular operational audits and site visits to enforce standards for cleanliness, food safety, and service quality.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback, handle all complaints promptly, and ensure a consistently high-level dining experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in restaurant management, with proven success managing P&L and supervising multi-unit operations being a significant advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, proficiency with POS systems, and excellent communication in both English and Filipino.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
