Job Description
Be part of our client's team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, leading end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and fast-moving requirements across global accounts. You'll craft sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure each hire drives performance, cultural alignment, and long-term success. Your work fuels the growth of world-class teams while elevating the recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Shift: Shifting, Weekends Off (flexible working on mid-shift to night shift)
Work setup: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x WFH, Ortigas/Makati)

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3-5 years of experience in high-volume hiring and end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry
- Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships, with the ability to communicate hiring updates and expectations clearly
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment workflows
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong emotional intelligence, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented hiring approach
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas or Makati, as required
Your Daily Tasks
Recruitment Expertise
- Support all business units by providing assistance in their recruitment and selection processes
- Plan selection procedures, including key competency identification and evaluation methods
- Act as focal person for assigned job vacancies across multiple client accounts
- Assist with job requisition and job description development
- Acquire thorough understanding of required skills and competencies for open roles
- Maintain awareness of candidate sourcing volume requirements
- Partner with hiring teams to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and behavioral assessments
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including testing, reference checks, salary offers, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accuracy in recruitment pipeline platforms and generate reports
ATS Management
- Enter and maintain candidate information daily in the Applicant Tracking System
- Generate recruitment metric reports and maintain organized filing systems for resumes and applications
Sourcing Strategies
- Develop and share innovative sourcing methods with the recruitment team
- Build ongoing pipelines through research, networking, and database mining
- Manage referral programs and use technical tools to attract top talent
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as consultant to hiring managers on recruitment needs and workforce planning
- Provide educational support on selection processes when needed
- Maintain open communication channels and regular progress updates with all stakeholders
Effective Communication & Coaching
- Communicate professionally with internal and external partners
- Mentor other Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance and sharing best practices
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare recruitment reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives based on data insights
Privacy & Confidentiality
- Maintain strict compliance with data privacy protocols and confidentiality requirements
Other Duties
- Perform other administrative or non-administrative tasks as assigned by authorized company representatives.
