About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory / Admin Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. This role involves managing inventory records, ensuring stock accuracy, and providing administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all platforms and warehouses.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update product listings, stock quantities, and pricing in e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with suppliers for order placements, deliveries, and returns.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with order processing, shipping schedules, and tracking updates.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, inventory reports, and other admin tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
E-Commerce Operations
- Support uploading of new products, descriptions, and images to online stores.
- Monitor order statuses and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries related to stock and orders.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, admin work, or e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with online selling platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in stock control software or ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and shipping processes.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
