ABOUT THE POSITION

Primarily provides office and operations support as to inventory; develops database and maintains record system; provides inventory - administrative support in all areas by overseeing inventory - administrative decision.

  • Responsible for providing general administrative services and support but not limited to the admin department, facilities management, and executive requirements.
  • Performs general staff assistance including documentation services, coordination, and relaying information to support other departments.
  • Manages and creates admin database information and is responsible in record monitoring and safekeeping of all admin-related documents.
  • Produces admin-related reports.
  • Performs inventory management either manually or on a computer and maintains its data.
  • Marks the stock using a variety of means.
  • Cleans and maintains the stock room and the office supplies, uniforms, and all J&T equipment in the stock room.
  • Examines items in inventory for defects, wear, or damage, and reports this information to the admin manager. Maintains records of damaged stock and damaged stock room materials.

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree in a program of study related to Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration, Associate's Degree, or a combination of education and experience
  • 1 – 2 years experience in the same role
  • Above average oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel )
  • Can work with limited supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Can prepare reports
  • Can multi-task as needed
  • With keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to make decisions on matters involving immediate problem-solving within his/her area of control.
  • Exemplifies customer service skills
