QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experienced candidates: At least 1–2 years in a finance, accounting, or administrative support role is preferred.

  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and reconciliation.

  • Excel & Data Management: Ability to prepare spreadsheets, perform basic formulas, and analyze financial data.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in preparing financial reports, receipts, and vouchers.

  • Must be amenable to working onsite.

  • Must be willing to render overtime, when necessary, especially during month end or year end closing.

  • Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in Financial Tools – Familiarity with accounting software excel, quiz books XERO or similar is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge in accounting systems is a plus.
