Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including monitoring of cash flow, disbursements, collections, and fund requests.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and reconciliations for management accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure proper implementation of accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with departments for budget preparation, expense tracking, and liquidation monitoring.
  • Review and verify supporting documents for cash advances, reimbursements, and check requests.
  • Monitor Revolving Fund (RF) usage and enforce compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in forecasting, financial planning, and cost analysis to support management decisions.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government agencies for financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Finance Manager/CFO in developing and improving financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA is an advantage).
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and preferably SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
  • Strong integrity and commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
