We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Assistant with a strong focus on payroll processing and client billing. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the accurate preparation, processing, and reconciliation of payroll and billing operations. This role is critical to ensuring employees are paid on time and clients are invoiced accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Duties:

  • Assist in processing payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data, timesheets, benefits, and deductions.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws.

Billing & Invoicing Duties:

  • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts or project milestones.
  • Review and verify billing data from various departments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Handle billing adjustments, credit notes, and disputes with clients professionally.
  • Maintain billing records and client billing profiles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
