Job Summary

Ang Personal Assistant ay tutulong sa elderly sa kanilang araw-araw na buhay, siguraduhing maayos, ligtas, at komportable ang kanilang pamumuhay. Layunin ng posisyong ito na mapabuti ang quality of life at tulungan ang kliyente maging mas independent. Kabilang dito ang personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication management, at regular na pagsubaybay sa kalusugan.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Tinutulungan ang kliyente sa paglilinis, pagbibihis, grooming, at toileting.

• Daily Living Assistance: Tumutulong sa meal preparation, light housekeeping, at simpleng errands.

• Mobility Support: Tinutulungan sa paglakad, pag-transfer, at iba pang physical activities para maiwasan ang falls o injuries.

• Safety & Environment: Pinapanatiling ligtas, malinis, at comfortable ang paligid ng kliyente.

• Communication: Nakikipag-coordinate sa doktor, nurse, at pamilya para sa tuloy-tuloy na care.

• Additional Support: Tinutulungan sa iba pang pangangailangan ng kliyente at household tasks para smooth ang daily routine.

Qualifications

• Male, physically fit, patient, at may malasakit sa elderly.

• Marunong sa basic household tasks at personal care.

• Responsible, trustworthy, at may strong sense of commitment.

• Flexible sa schedule at kayang sumunod sa instructions.

• May basic knowledge sa medication handling at elderly care ay advantage.
