Househelper (Kasambahay stay-in)

The Househelper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and smooth day-to-day operations of the household. The role ensures a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for the family by performing general housekeeping, laundry, cooking assistance, pet care (including walking), and other related household tasks as assigned.

1. Housekeeping

• Clean and maintain all areas of the house (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor areas).
• Sweep, mop, dust, polish, and disinfect surfaces regularly.
• Change and wash bed linens and towels.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of household items.

2. Laundry and Garment Care

• Wash, dry, iron, and fold clothes.
• Handle delicate fabrics with care.
• Manage storage of clean clothing and linens.

3. Kitchen and Meal Assistance

• Assist in preparing and cooking meals as instructed.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Grocery assistance (if requested).

4. Pet Care

• Feed, bathe, and groom pets as needed.
• Walk pets regularly and provide exercise/playtime.
• Clean pet areas (cages, litter boxes, feeding bowls).
• Monitor pet health and report concerns to employer.

5. Errands and Household Support

• Run household errands such as purchasing supplies or paying bills (if requested).
• Assist in childcare/elderly care (if part of agreement).
• Report any household maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, repairs).

6. Other Duties

• Follow household rules and schedules.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by the employer.

• At least high school level or with prior housekeeping/kasambahay experience.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and safe use of cleaning materials.
• Basic cooking and laundry skills.
• Experience in handling and caring for pets, including walking.
• Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and willing to learn.
• Physically fit and able to manage household chores.

We offer ₱1,000.00 additional monthly allowance on top of ₱15,000 basic pay
