Key Description of the Role

A professional individual who will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to help clients in providing a solution to their business requirements and concerns. He/she is expected to build solid rapport within the market and explore new opportunities outside the organization. The ultimate goal is to retain top customers and nurture relationships overtime.

Job Qualifications

He/she must be:

  1. Graduate of any bachelor's degree (with degree programs in Business Administration preferably in Operations, Marketing and Sales Management is an advantage but not required,

  2. With at least 4-5 years of experience in Commercial Sales, Key Account Management and B2B environment are required.

  3. With strong background in Fitness and Wellness industry is an advantage but not required.

  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Packages and Presentation Tools (G-suites, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  6. Willing to work in the office located in Estancia Mall, Pasig City

  7. Possess strong Time and Project Management Skills

  8. With strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  9. An individual who can preserve high level of Data Confidentiality and Security

  10. A team player who can adapt promptly to organization's core values, culture and work atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities:

He/she shall take ownership of the following accountabilities:

  • Build awareness and relationships with clients to create and pursue selling opportunities, resolve issues, meet expectation on the existing accounts.
  • Meet exemplary goals and performance targets associated with developing, pursuing, and closing business.
  • Make follow-up to existing orders through calls, meetings, emails and other forms of communication available.
  • Accountable for end-to-end process of the sales cycle, including prospecting, generating and issuing quotes and proposals, initiating product evaluations, and negotiating.
  • Track and record key performance metrics throughout the sales process and procedures
  • Stay informed of new product and technical knowledge including product enhancements, industry trends, and business.
  • Conduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all stakeholders, partners and third-party providers.
  • Any ad hoc tasks in which Management will request and require to work with from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
