About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team at Polystar General Services' in General Trias City, Cavite. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects undertaken by our company. What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the loading, unloading, and transporting of materials and equipment on construction sites
  2. Performing basic manual tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, and operating power tools
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  4. Collaborating with the construction team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  5. Reporting any issues or concerns to the site supervisor in a timely manner

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of physical labour
  2. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from site supervisors
  3. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  4. Basic knowledge of construction techniques and the use of power tools (preferred)
  5. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
