The Logistics Team Leader is responsible for executing business strategies and developing operational plans for various logistics functions which include warehouse and distribution operations, resource planning, customer service, asset management, etc. It directs daily operations and manages a team.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to interact with senior managers and partners comfortably and effectively.
  • Management ability to coach direct reports and support staff development at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff teams through example, communication, and a supportive approach.
  • Possesses high integrity and high compliance to standard policies and Operational Discipline
  • Ability to work under pressure carrying out several tasks simultaneously to completion
  • Resilient and able to work in a challenging environment in which flexibility and responsiveness is essential.
  • Possesses strong attention to detail and organization skills
