About the Job

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Total Industrial Engineering Team Leader to lead our industrial engineering team. This role is key to driving process improvements, managing projects, and ensuring operational excellence across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor industrial engineers, manage workloads, and set clear deadlines.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze production workflows to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
  • Continuous improvement: Lead and facilitate Kaizen activities, such as Small Group Activities (SGA), QC circles, and time and motion studies, to drive a culture of improvement.
  • Project Management: Lead and implement continuous improvement projects aligned with company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report key metrics such as efficiency, quality, and cost.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Proven experience in industrial engineering, with a proven track record in process optimization and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
