Logistics and Transportation Assistant (4)

QROI Networks Services Inc is leading telecommunication services provider in Philippines and has presence in other Asian Countries such as Indonesia and Myanmar. QROI provides telecommunication services; Implementation, Planning and Optimization, Project Management for all Major Telecommunication Vendors in Philippines and our core activities are deployments of highly competent field teams in Luzon and other parts of Philippines.

Description

  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, or customer issues.
  • Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
  • Supervise the work of logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers
  • Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
  • Monitor material checking and checkout processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for services specifications and development criteria; and accordingly recommending services positioning.
  • Responsible for customer relations management & services experience.
  • Will be Key Account & Responsible to lead for Logistics & Transportation activities.
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

Requirements

  • Required: 1-2 years of Experience in Warehouse, Logistics Operations & Transportation
  • Candidate must have knowledge about logistics market of Philippines.
  • Candidate should have excellent geographical knowledge & Government Rules and Regulation
  • Good people management and coordination skills
  • Previous work experience gained from a telco company is a MUST
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are strongly required.
  • Pro-active, well organized and can think out of the box.
  • Can work under pressure and can work independently.
  • Can drive a car with valid license.
  • Computer literate (MS Applications) and with own laptop
  • This is an urgent requirement, one day hiring process
  • Willing to work at our Laguna Office
