RedDoorz Account Management team is on a mission to make RedDoorz the most trusted brand technology-driven hotel management & booking platform.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective partners
  • Pursue new business opportunities with existing property partners
  • Identify property partners' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Identify possible opportunities for upsell and cross sell of RedDoorz Brands, products and services
  • Provide property partners with comprehensive RedDoorz products and services
  • Meet revenue targets per property
  • Ensure 100% property partner and client satisfaction

What you need

  • Minimum 2-3 years' of relevant experience in account and relationship management position
  • Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
