Position Overview
The Admin Staff plays a key role in delivering high-quality sales service to customers. This position is responsible for ensuring all service requests are processed accurately and on time. The role involves close collaboration with service partners, customer service teams, and internal departments to ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently and customer satisfaction is maintained. Strong technical understanding, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Job description
Handle inbound calls: receive customer requests, inquiries, and service-related information.
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, confirm service details, and follow up with customers when needed.
- Record customer requests and forward tasks to the Service team or service partners for processing.
- Track service progress and ensure timely updates in the system; notify customers of any changes.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to check service results and collect customer satisfaction feedback.
- Prepare and maintain reports, follow requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
2. Requirements
- College degree or higher.
- Experience communicating through online channels (phone, email, messaging applications, etc.).
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Telesales, Operations Admin, or Service Coordination is preferred.
- Strong ability to manage, track, and update customer service information accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle situations quickly and responsibly.
