About the Role

You will lead a small team and make sure tasks, KPIs, and processes are followed consistently. 

Your superpower is execution: you keep things organized, on track, and done on time. You care more about enforcing a proven playbook than rewriting one.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys operational order, checklist culture, and daily accountability. If you thrive when holding others to clear standards, you will love this job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring all KPIs and performance standards are met
  • Enforce processes to maintain consistency, quality, and timely delivery
  • Monitor daily operations and quickly address performance gaps
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability to keep the team on track
  • Ensure tasks are completed with strong follow through and attention to detail
  • Keeps everyone aligned with our established model
  • Report progress, issues, and wins to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing teams in operations, customer service, admin, or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of performance management and KPI enforcement
  • Excellent follow through, organization, and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable enforcing rules, deadlines, and structure
  • Stable career history with a track record of meeting goals
  • Prefers execution over strategy, and consistency over reinvention
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus
