Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening, scheduling interviews.
- Help prepare contracts, onboarding documents, and staff orientation.
- Monitor attendance, OT, leaves, and daily time records.
- Maintain 201 files and confidential employee documents.
- Process resignations, clearance, and end-of-contract requirements.
- Prepare memos, announcements, and reports needed for payroll.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
- College level or graduate (HR/Business Admin preferred).
- With or without experience (training provided).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge in MS Word & Excel.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
