Position Title: Credentialing Specialist (Medical Operations Assistant)

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Medical Operations Assistant to support administrative functions in a fast-paced, lean U.S.-based healthcare environment. While medical credentialing experience is not required, it is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate and organised records, spreadsheets, and documentation.

  • Review and verify information with close attention to detail.

  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners via email, chat, and phone.

  • Assist with onboarding tasks, HR-related paperwork, or compliance processes when needed.

  • Support operational tasks such as data entry, reporting, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with U.S.-based leadership in a fast-paced, lean work environment.

  • Track deadlines, follow up on pending items, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience in roles requiring strong attention to detail (administrative, auditing, compliance, etc.)

  • Experience working with a U.S.-based company, preferably in a fast-paced, lean team structure

  • Excellent English communication skills,  both written and verbal

  • Strong organisational and documentation skills

  • Ability to work U.S. hours

  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Medical credentialing experience

  • HR Assistant or HR Coordinator experience

  • Virtual Assistant experience

  • Strong spelling, grammar, and basic math skills (e.g., converting inches to decimals)

  • Background in healthcare administration, medical billing, or insurance

  • Familiarity with compliance-driven environments

  • Experience handling confidential data or working with sensitive information

  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare terminology, NPI/DEA/insurance credentialing workflows (even basic exposure)

  • Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Highly dependable and consistent with deliverables

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy
