We're hiring a
Credentialing Specialist
to join our growing team This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience handling credentialing documents. If you enjoy supporting recruitment operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy in every step of the process, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end credentialing for healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify provider documents such as licenses, certifications, and education.
  • Coordinate with providers and internal teams to collect and update required information.
  • Maintain accurate credentialing records and track expirations for timely renewals.
  • Prepare and submit credentialing and re-credentialing applications to networks.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.

Must-Haves:

  • At least 6 months
    of hands-on experience in end-to-end credentialing within a healthcare environment
  • Strong understanding of credentialing workflows, including primary source verification and provider enrollment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
