Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll handle financial transactions with accuracy-processing dues, reconciling records, and maintaining billing systems. You'll help strengthen financial transparency and community trust through timely collections, reports, and coordination with accounting teams.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years of similar accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent educational credentials with a focus on accounts receivables/bookkeeping/general accounting
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions following established policies and procedures
  • CPA is a plus but not required
  • New graduates are also encouraged to apply

Your Daily Tasks

  • Process and record timely monthly condominium dues/assessments from homeowners
  • Pursue resolutions for outstanding homeowner balances and collect other incomes
  • Maintain assigned associations' billing systems
  • Generate invoices and account statements
  • Perform account owner reconciliations
  • Maintain accounts receivable files and records
  • Assist in producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigate and resolve account irregularities or inquiries
  • Provide training support to accounting team members
  • Assist in general financial management and analysis
