Visa & Documentation Officer

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Visa Specialist/Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
- Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading official documents and correspondence.

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or visa processing systems is an advantage.

- Familiarity with visa regulations, embassy procedures, and international travel documentation.
- Experience liaising with embassies, consulates, and government agencies.

- Willingness to adapt to evolving immigration policies and procedures.
