A reputable engineering and geotechnical consultancy firm is looking for a Geotechnical (Design) Engineer to join its growing technical design team. The position involves detailed geotechnical design, analysis, and preparation of engineering reports for major infrastructure, energy, and land development projects across the Philippines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Valid PRC Civil Engineering License (required)
  • Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering (required)
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in geotechnical investigation, design, and analysis
  • Proficient in geotechnical design and analysis software such as GeoStudio, PLAXIS, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of DPWH, ASTM, NSCP, and FHWA standards
  • Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and sign/seal geotechnical investigation and design reports in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
  • Conduct design analyses including bearing capacity, slope stability, and settlement evaluations
  • Review and interpret field and laboratory test results for correlation with design parameters
  • Develop foundation and ground improvement recommendations
  • Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary project teams during design and implementation stages
