Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Logistics Administrator to manage vehicle permits for incoming and outgoing traffic, as well as oversee the processing of business renewals and related permits. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Permit Management
- Prepare, process, and maintain all necessary permits for vehicles entering and leaving company premises.
- Ensure compliance with logical regulations and coordinate with relevant authorities for permit approvals.
Business Renewal Processing
- Oversee the timely renewal business licenses and permits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain a schedule for renewals and follow up on pending applications to prevent lapses.
Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicles permits, business licenses, and associated documents.
- Organize and file all documentation for easy access and retrieval.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay updated on changes in local regulations affecting vehicle permits and business licenses.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance and address any discrepancies.
Coordination and Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding vehicle permits and business renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, drivers, and external agencies to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate reports on permit statues, renewal timelines, and compliance metrics as needed.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the permit and renewal processes.
- Present the report and analysis to the President.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in logistics administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations regarding vehicle permits and business licensing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
