Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Experience in managing/supervising Globe warehouses is a must.

  3. At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, handling multi-site or regional operations.

  4. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse management, and transportation planning.

  5. Proficiency in WMS, OFS, and other logistics management systems.

  6. Solid understanding of SOP/WI creation, process improvement, and compliance requirements.

  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  8. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.

  9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee regional logistics operations, ensuring timely order processing, inventory management, and on-timedeliveries through WMS and OFS systems.

  2. Implement, and maintain standard procedures, SOPs, WIs, and guidelines to drive compliance, efficiency, andcontinuous improvement.

  3. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and staffing to ensure effective and efficientoperations.

  4. Monitor stock availability and coordinate shipments to prevent shortages and support all regional requirements.

  5. Consolidate, validate, and submit required reports to clients and management on schedule.

  6. Track and analyze OQE KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to top management.

  7. Lead system migrations, warehouse transfers, cycle counts, reconciliations, and other key operational initiatives.
