The Logistics and Travel Associate is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the company's delivery, courier, and transport operations. The role ensures the efficient handling, dispatch, and tracking of shipments, as well as the smooth scheduling and coordination of travel or transport services for clients. The associate works closely with operations and customer service teams to guarantee timely, safe, and reliable movement of goods and services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle and monitor all courier operations, including dispatch, delivery, and receipt of packages and documents.
  • Coordinate with drivers, clients, and partner couriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Prepare and maintain waybills, delivery receipts, and shipment documentation.
  • Arrange and assist with travel bookings, transport schedules, and ticketing for company or client requirements.
  • Communicate with travel agencies, shipping lines, and transport partners for reservations and updates.
  • Monitor inventory of courier materials and request replenishment when necessary.
  • Ensure all courier and travel transactions comply with company procedures and service standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Administration, or Logistics-related courses preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, courier operations, or travel coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic tracking or booking systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and render overtime, with one (1) day off per week.
