Job Summary:

The Warehouse and Logistics Associate responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as transportation, warehousing, inventory management, shipments, and distribution. This role ensures that the supply chain process runs efficiently and cost-effectively, while meeting customer requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse

  • Inventory Management

  • Receive, release, sort, and organize warehouse materials and items

  • Perform inventory counts and reconciliation
  • Create and ensure proper documentation of inventory and stock movements
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.

  • Report and coordinate to Supply Chain Manager in regard to damaged or missing items

  • Logistics

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound/outbound logistics).

  • Organize and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of shipments and deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee and support warehouse operations including stock handling and distribution.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports (e.g., delivery timelines, cost performance).
  • Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and packaging of goods.
  • Support procurement and planning teams with logistics input.
  • Coordinates with multiple internal teams and external vendors, carriers, and customers
  • Address issues related to shipping complaints, lost items, or damaged goods, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reports to Supply Chain Manager in regard to logistics-related issues and delays.
  • Manages vehicle upkeep and maintenance

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 2- 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport management
  • Solid knowledge of logistics processes, freight handling, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS, TMS, PMS)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
